Er yeah, we need some more moderators. Not like the board is terribly active but as people are busy and stuff, and we get a lot of spam, shit tends to get derailed sugoi easily. Cosplay, Art, Yuri/Yaoi, Music, and Gaming need another mod each, probably something for Doujinshi as well.
I am also thinking of making a tech board if anyone gives a shit, or some kind of futaba-like imageboard maybe, that'd probably need moderating too.
plz2post thoughts here on stuff I should add/change, and keep this thread on topic, ie; don't go into discussions on other people's ideas if you can avoid it.
If you're interested in becoming a moderator, PM Athusgorek with the subject "plz2mod me" or something, and tell him what forum you'd like to moderate, and why you think you should be a moderator.
We are looking for people who can:
As a bonus, you get to be on the Forum Team page, and get access to the special moderator forum entitled "Zero :EFFORT:"

- detect and shutdown trolls
- get off-topic threads back on track
- move threads to appropriate forum where needed
- not be scared to ban
- not going to troll
- split/delete posts/threads as necessary
